GIFTS TO INDIVIDUALS:

NC4BA grants charitable gifts to honorably discharged Vietnam War veterans, who as a result of being victimized by bankruptcy abuse and may not receive a ‘fresh start’ from their bankruptcy experience, and may fall into the following charitable classes:

1. Poor or indigent
2. Elderly
3. Handicapped, disadvantaged or employment impaired
4. Medically needy
5. People whose civil rights have been violated
